How do I renew my contract of services?
The plans are for 12 months and will renew every year unless you choose not too. Our customer
support team will contact you 30 days before the cover is due to be renewed to confirm the renewal
and get updated documents out to you immediately.
Can I get a full refund?
You will have a 14-day cooling off period from the cover start date to cancel the cover with a full refund if monies have been paid. If you cancel after the 14 days cooling off period, a Pro Rata Refund will be issued.
Cancellations take effect immediately with refunds taking 3-5 working days to clear.
Who can have the cover?
At Green Heat UK, we can cover UK Homeowners who are over the age of 18 and are a UK Resident. We can also cover appliances for tenants who own their own appliances.
